I am currently going to college to be a high school art teacher as it has been my dream to encourage people like myself to pursue art. All my life I have been told that art is not a career I would be able to follow as it “does not make money” or is a “waste of a degree”. I want to show others that art can be a career, a fulfilling and amazing career, and becoming a teacher I will hopefully be able to do just that!
